All players, including "subs", must register, agree to the liability waiver, in order to play in a game. Please contact us if you have any questions


  • Games primarily played at Green Rd Park but may also be played at Biltmore Hills Park and Sanderford Rd Park
  • 10 v 10 (min. 4 Female players on the field)
  • Min. 9 / Max. 13 games
  • Games are expected to be played at Lions Park, Green Rd. & Carolina Pines
  • We do play on some Holiday Weekends (find out which ones here)
  • 7 Innings or 55 Minutes 
  • Game Balls Included (a $50 Savings!)
  • No Membership/Non-Resident Fees (a $300 Savings!) 
  • ASA/USSSA stamped bats allowed
  • Prizes for Tournament Champions
  • All Teams Qualify for Tournament 
  • Team fee covers first 17 players. Additional player fee is $20/ over 17.
  • Team T-Shirts for All Players (if Captain requests during registration)
  • Saturday make-up games possible
  • Competitive Divisions may be Merged, if necessary

  • Games could be played at other parks in the Raleigh area


  • All players MUST register & agree to liability waiver, be age 21+, in good health, and have current personal health insurance (proof of insurance, not required)
  • Only registered players may participate - including subs.
  • Players must play in 1 reg. season game to participate in playoffs.
  • Full team payment is due 7 Days prior to Week 1 games.  Only teams paid in full will be included on the schedule.
  • All shirt requests/exchanges must be completed by Week 3. 

Free agent teams will consist of 15-18 players. We do our best to place all Free Agents, but it is not guaranteed. If we cannot place you by Week 3, your fee will be refunded in full. It is not uncommon for free agent teams to get started in week 2 or week 3 (at the latest), if we have to recruit more players to fill out a full team. We aim to give free agent teams 6 days notice prior to their first game but sometimes the team comes together on shorter notice, so please be prepared to play each week until week 3 of the season has passed.

Players can register as a Team Captain, Team Player or Free Agent (Individual Registrant).  Team Captains can pay entire fee or divide team fee among players.  All registration fees must be paid prior to Week 1 games. Any unpaid fees will be assigned to the Captain following Week 3 games

League Fee includes 8+ weeks of 10-on-10 league play, including playoffs (min.9/max.13 games). Equipment, guaranteed field times, prizes for tournament champions, league organization, & PAID UMPIRES. 

Corporate/sponsored teams may register with an initial $100 deposit and balance to be paid prior to Week 2 Games. Click here to make team deposit

There is a no refund policy. Please consider the following possibilities before you register as they do not entitle you to a refund: job transfer, job schedule change, moving, injury (during league play or outside of league), breaking up with boyfriend/girlfriend, divorce, not having fun, multiple weather cancellations, COVID, etc. League transfers and credit requests considered on a case-by-case basis.
