OVERVIEW

  • Minimum 14 people/team (teams are welcome to have fewer than 14, but will be invoiced for the remaining roster spots)

IMPORTANT LEAGUE POLICIES

  • All players MUST register & agree to liability waiver, be age 21+, in good health, and have current personal health insurance (proof of insurance, not required)
  • Only registered players may participate - including subs.
  • Players must play in 1 reg. season game to participate in playoffs.
  • Full team payment is due 7 Days prior to Week 1 games.  Only teams paid in full will be included on the schedule.
  • All shirt requests/exchanges must be completed by Week 3. 
FREE AGENT TEAMS

TEAMS - Free agent teams will consist of 15-18 players. We do our best to place all Free Agents, but it is not guaranteed. If we cannot place you by Week 3, your fee will be refunded in full. It is not uncommon for free agent teams to get started in week 2 or week 3 (at the latest), if we have to recruit more players to fill out a full team. We aim to give free agent teams 6 days notice prior to their first game but sometimes the team comes together on shorter notice, so please be prepared to play each week until week 3 of the season has passed.

FREE AGENT TEAMMATE REQUESTS - Please include the name and e-mail address(es) of people you'd like to be teamed with in the "Preferred Teammates" section of your registration and we guarantee we can place you together on the same team, space & logistics permitting. People registering late in the process run the risk of not getting in the league or on their team of choice, so please register early to guarantee your placement.

TRI SPORTS will provide a wristband for all registered players each week. Wristband can be exchanged by players wearing their team t-shirt for a draft beer provided by TRI SPORTS at Tap Yard immediately following games. Players must buy at least 1 item in addition to the provided drink and tip well on all items they consume, or sponsor bar benefit may be revoked. 

FEES

Players can register as a Team Captain, Team Player or Free Agent (Individual Registrant).  Team Captains can pay entire fee or divide team fee amongst players.  All registration fees are due prior to Week 1 games. Any unpaid fees will be assigned to the Captain following the Week 3 games. 

League Fee includes 9 games of 10-on-10 league play, including playoffs (min.9/max.12 games). Equipment, guaranteed field times, prizes for tournament champions, league organization, PAID REFEREES.

Corporate/sponsored teams may register with an initial $100 deposit and balance to be paid prior to Week 2 Games.

There is a no refund policy.
Please consider the following possibilities before you register as they do not entitle you to a refund: job transfer, job schedule change, moving, injury (during league play or outside of league), breaking up with boyfriend/girlfriend, divorce, not having fun, multiple weather cancellations, COVID, etc. League transfers and credit requests considered on a case-by-case basis.
